Four Tet, aka Kieran Hebden, has collaborated with guitarist William Tyler on a new single, ‘Darkness, Darkness’. Listen below.

Released as a 12” via Psychic Hotline on 30th June with the B-side called 'No Services', Hebden explained on Instagram that the release came together after he sent the Nashville-based guitarist and composer some samples and loops he'd put together "and he layered up all the guitar parts to go with it".

Hebden also revealed that a joint album is in the works, which features a Lyle Lovett cover and cello from none other than Ben UFO. "I hope to finish the record soon," he added. Check out 'Darkness, Darkness' via Bandcamp below and pre-order the 12".

This collaborative single follows Hebden's talked-about Coachella closing set with Skrillex and Fred again... and his new track 'Three Drums,' which was released in April. He also recently remixed Everything But The Girl's single 'Nothing Left to Lose.'
