Joy Orbison and Overmono share remix of Kwengface’s ‘Freedom’: Listen

'Freedom 2' is the third collaborative project from the UK club favourites

Joy Orbison and Overmono have teamed up for a remix of Kwengface’s ‘Freedom’ called 'Freedom 2'.

Released in April, the original garage-inspired track from the Peckham drill figurehead — which famously saw him unmask for the first time — has been given a turbo, dancefloor-focused boost by the UK club favourites with shuddering sub-bass and more emphasis on the choppy vocal sample.

Check out the 'Freedom 2' remix below.

This is the third collaborative track from Joy Orbison and Overmono following last year's 'Blind Date' single and 2019 project 'Bromley / Still Moving', released under the Joy Overmono alias.

'Freedom' is taken from Kwengface's 17-track mixtape ‘The Memoir’, which is out now.

In 2022, Joy Orbison dropped a "UK take on hyperpop" via new single, ‘2M3 2U’.
